Sheila – R.N.
Sheila joined our team in 2021. She brings with her over 10 years of healthcare and nursing experience; 9 years serving in ICU level of care and Maternal Health. Sheila has an excellent bedside manner, providing comfort to even our most anxious patients. She is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. When Sheila isn’t in the office caring for patients, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring the Chicagoland area and visiting her family in MO.
Gwen – Surgical Assistant
Gwen joined our surgical team in 2006 as a surgical assistant. She is an integral player in coordinating the surgical care and planning of our implant cases. Gwen has extensive knowledge and training with our dental implant systems and surgical process. She is certified in CPR with the American Heart Association and DAANCE (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification) certified. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
Lhouanna – Surgical Assistant
Lhouanna joined our team in 2009. She began her oral surgery career nearly 30 years ago, bringing superior care and bedside manner to our patients from beginning to end. She is CPR certified with the American Heart Association and certified in DAANCE (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification). Lhouanna has received her ICAT along with a certification in Coronal Polishing and Sealants. In Lhouanna’s free time, she enjoys playing soccer, horseback riding, and spending time with her family.
Kristy – Surgical Assistant
Kristy joined the team in 2013 bringing with her 13 years of experience from previous orthodontic practice. She understands a specialty practice and provides the bedside manner we know our patients deserve. Kristy has completed the AATP, Anesthesia Assistant Training Program and is CPR certified through the American Heart Association. We appreciate that she is able to help out our administrative team when needed. She loves spending time with her family, volunteering at her children’s school, and working on home improvements.
Laura – Surgical Assistant
Laura joined our team in 2014. She came to us with 18 years of dentistry experience, providing us with the experience and professionalism we value for our patients. Laura is CPR certified through the American Heart Association and compliant with the Anesthesia Assistant Training Program (AATP). When Laura isn’t helping patients in our office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Melissa – Surgical Assistant
Melissa began her oral surgery career with us in 2013. She brings to the practice 16 years of dental experience, providing our patients chairside comfort and ease throughout their visit. Melissa is certified in CPR with the American Heart Association. She enjoys being a part of the Cubs Scouts of America and traveling with her family in her free time.
Liz – Surgical Assistant
Liz joined our surgical team in 2020. We are excited she brings 9 years of dental and oral surgery assistant expertise to our practice. Liz has an excellent bedside manner to help patients feel comfortable throughout their procedures and visits to our office. She is CPR certified through the American Heart Association and certified through the Anesthesia Assistant Training Program (AATP). Liz enjoys country music, movies and spending time with her family and friends.
Adriana – Surgical Assistant
Adriana joined our team in 2021, we are happy to have her with us. She has been an oral surgery assistant since 2012, along with many years of assisting in general dentistry. We value her caring nature for our patients, along with her professionalism and superior bedside manner. Adriana is certified in the Anesthesia Assistant Training Program (AATP), Basic Life Support certification for CPR with the American Heart Association, along with a certification in Coronal Polishing and Sealants. When Adriana is not assisting patients, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Rose – Surgical Assistant
Rose joined us in 2021. She has been a great addition to our surgical team, bringing 15 years of experience assisting in oral surgery and 25 years overall experience in healthcare. Rose is wonderful with our patients due to her caring nature and expertise, she offers comfort to them before and after every procedure. She has obtained certification through ADA in the Anesthesia Assistant Training Program (AATP). When she isn’t caring for our patients, she loves spending time with her family.
